
Hi! I'm Ray and I'm a First-Class Honours graduate in Game Design and Production from Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland. I was born and raised in the canton of Zug in Switzerland, but relocated to the UK to pursue a career in the games industry.
I take great interest in every aspect of game development and I’m always eager to broaden my skillset. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in Game Design, Games Programming, Level Design, UI Design, and Technical Art. This multi-disciplinary background allows me to approach projects with a holistic perspective, and plan and design with even the smallest of details in mind.
During my time at university, I had the privilege of taking part in the DARE Academy programme, where I received industry mentorship and got to experience a more professional game development environment with my team. We showcased our game Left Upon Read at EGX London and were honoured to win the Best Game and Best Team awards, judged by a panel of industry professionals.
Outside of games I’ve also worked in other industries, where I’ve built transferable skills in communication, project management, and cross-team coordination across graphic design, translation, events, and marketing projects.
​In my free time I’m a huge fan of film, fitness, the outdoors, and of course video games. Some of my favourites include Katamari Damacy, NieR Automata, Shadow of the Colossus, Bloodborne, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Kid Icarus Uprising, Pikmin 4, Portal 2, and many more.
